POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving raw materials, order processing, invoicing, and various additional administrative activities.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•           Receive orders from customers and District Sales Managers by phone, email or fax confirming amounts, price, expected delivery dates/times

•           Utilize CRM system to record customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

•           Responsible for all accounts receivable, billing, and collections 

•           Resolve customers' service or billing complaints/inquiries according to company policy or forwarding to Customer Service Manager for management review/approval

•           Receive raw materials into the system

•           Document safety training and quality issues

•           Assist with inventory and dispatching

•           Fill and ship product sample bottles to sales team

•           Other duties as assigned

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

•           2 year Associate's degree required and 2 years of experience preferred.

•           Excellent Microsoft office application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills

•           Attention to detail a must.
